Many competitors either don't offer a permanent free plan or restrict usage significantly. With Weflux, our pricing is transparent with zero markup on Meta charges.
Forever free. Perfect for testing Weflux before scaling.
Perfect for small businesses starting with WhatsApp.
Designed for growing sales and support teams.
For teams handling larger WhatsApp operations.
Each of these uses the competitor's own published pricing page, read on 6 September 2026, and says plainly where they are the better choice. None of them uses third-party comparison blogs as a source.
Every provider in India, Weflux included, sits on the same Meta Cloud API. The messages travel the same path, the templates go through the same approval queue, and the delivery rates are Meta's, not the vendor's. Anyone claiming meaningfully better deliverability on the official API is describing something that does not exist.
So the comparison is not about the pipe. It is about five things.
The one that matters most and is hardest to see. Meta publishes per-message rates by template category and country. Many providers add a margin on top, quoted as a bundled "per conversation" price that you cannot decompose.
Ask any provider directly: do you charge Meta's published rate, or your own? A provider passing through at cost will answer immediately and show you an invoice line. Weflux passes through at cost and prints Meta's rate on every line.
Why it compounds: the platform fee is fixed and the markup is not. At a thousand messages a month the fee dominates and the markup looks trivial. At a hundred thousand it is the entire bill, and by then you have built your operations on their platform.
Per-agent pricing sounds fair and behaves badly. It quietly discourages giving access to the people who occasionally need it, and those are exactly the people whose absence turns a two-minute answer into a two-day one. Check whether team seats are included in the plan or billed per head.
Your number and your WhatsApp Business Account should sit in your Facebook Business Manager, with the provider granted access. Some providers onboard clients under their own Business Manager because it is faster. It is also how a routine switch becomes a negotiation, and how one provider's restriction takes down every customer at once. Ask where the assets live before you sign, not when you leave.
Can you export your contacts in a standard format, and can you migrate your number to another provider? Both answers should be an immediate yes. A number migration is a Meta process, not a favour the provider grants.
A template rejected the day before a campaign, a quality rating drop, a number restriction. Ask what support looks like on a bad day, on your plan, not the enterprise tier.
Migration is more routine than most people expect, and the surprises are consistent.
Genuinely, and we would rather say it here than three months in.
What we are good at is narrower and clearer: an Indian business whose sales and support genuinely run on WhatsApp, that wants the official API without a markup on Meta's rates, and that would rather have the team seats included than metered.
The table above compares Weflux against typical platform behaviour rather than naming specific competitors, because published pricing and features change frequently and a stale comparison is worse than none. Check current terms on any provider's own site before deciding, and ask all of them the markup question in writing.
