Assign, mention and snooze conversations like email. Built so a five-agent team never replies to the same message twice.
Bulk sends with delivery, read and click receipts. Multi-language variants, A/B testing, throttle controls.
Visual flow builder for triggers, branches, webhooks and human handoffs - no engineer required.
A customer record that travels with every conversation. Custom properties, dynamic segments, opt-in management.
Conversation funnels, agent SLAs, broadcast ROI. Live as conversations happen - not "refreshed every six hours".
Idempotent retries, signed webhooks, rate-limit headers. The kind of API your engineers don't quietly resent.

Weflux is a WhatsApp Business Platform, which in practice means four capabilities that feed each other. A campaign goes out, replies land in a shared queue, automations handle the predictable parts, and the contact record keeps up on its own. Each has its own page with the detail.
Send approved message templates to a segment, scheduled or immediate, paced to your account's messaging limit. Delivery, read, reply and opt-out reporting comes from Meta's own webhooks rather than being inferred. Rich media, variables and interactive buttons are supported.
One number, several people, each with their own login. Assignment, routing rules, internal notes, quick replies and response-time tracking, with Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM landing in the same queue as add-ons.
Describe a flow in plain English and Weflux builds it. Triggers from inbound messages, button taps, CRM changes, external webhooks or a schedule. Cart recovery, COD confirmation, appointment reminders, post-purchase sequences and lead qualification are the usual first five.
Custom attributes, tags, lead stages, full conversation history and opt-out state, with bulk import and export. Segments defined here are what campaigns send to and what flows read.
Build, submit and track Meta templates from the dashboard, with approval status shown as Meta returns it. Templates carry variables for per-recipient personalisation, and support images, video, documents and interactive buttons. The template category you choose determines both what you may say and what the message costs, which is covered on the broadcasts page.
Take bookings, send WhatsApp confirmations and pre-meeting reminders, and let people reschedule without a phone call. Virtual bookings get a Google Meet link generated automatically and included in the reminder. Useful anywhere a no-show costs you a slot: clinics, salons, tutoring, consultations, service visits.
Campaign-level delivery, read, reply and opt-out figures, conversation volumes and response times by agent. Enough to answer whether a campaign worked and whether the team is keeping inside the 24-hour window, which are the two questions that actually change what you do next.
Generate and send invoices from the same place you talk to the customer, so a payment request arrives in the thread rather than in an email nobody opens.
Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM are available as separate add-ons and appear in the same inbox with the same assignment and notes. Both are reply-only by platform rule: no business can start a conversation on either, and neither supports message templates. The interface reflects that rather than showing controls that could never work.
Inbound webhooks so your store, CRM or backend can trigger flows and update contacts. Outbound webhooks so Weflux can update your systems. A REST API for anything bespoke, and Google Sheets support for the many cases where a sheet genuinely is the system of record. See the developer documentation.
Number onboarding runs through Meta's Embedded Signup, so you authorise via Facebook Business Manager and come back with official API access, typically in minutes rather than days. Existing numbers on the WhatsApp Business app or with another provider can be migrated. We help with Business Manager verification and the green tick application, though the decision on both is Meta's, not ours.
Role-based access so visibility and the ability to broadcast are separate permissions, encryption in transit and at rest, and data deletion on request for a single contact or an entire workspace. Details on the security page.
Worth stating, because it saves everyone a demo call.
