Weflux vs WATI.
Both are official Meta BSPs on the same Cloud API. The differences are commercial: how agents are charged, and whose rate card your messages are billed against. Figures verified 6 September 2026.
How this comparison was made
Every figure below comes from the provider's own public pricing page, read on 6 September 2026. Nothing is taken from third-party comparison blogs, which are frequently out of date and often written by whoever benefits. Pricing changes: check their current page before deciding, and if you find something here that is wrong, tell us at hello@weflux.in and we will correct it.
We have not included feature-by-feature tick lists. Every provider here is an official Meta BSP running on the same Cloud API, so the messages travel identically and most feature lists converge. What genuinely differs is how you are charged.

The two differences that actually matter
1. Per-agent billing
WATI's own pricing page lists additional users at $24/user/month on Pro and $69/user/month on Business, with Growth stating "No additional users". Weflux includes team seats within the plan.
Work the arithmetic for a ten-person support team. On WATI Business that is five included plus five more at $69, so $99 plus $345, around $444 a month before a single message. On Weflux Scale it is ₹4,999 a month with ten members included.
The second-order effect is worse than the bill. Per-seat pricing quietly discourages giving access to people who only occasionally need it, and those are exactly the people whose absence turns a two-minute answer into a two-day one.
2. Rate card versus pass-through
WATI's pricing page states that per-message charges "vary for marketing, utility & authentication" according to the WATI rate card, with a downloadable card by conversation type and region. It does not state that these are Meta's published rates.
Weflux bills Meta's rate at cost and prints it on the invoice line. Whether WATI's rate card matches Meta's is a question only WATI can answer, and it is worth asking them directly in writing.
The rate test anyone can run
Meta charges a BSP the same published rate regardless of which subscription plan you happen to be on. Your plan is a commercial arrangement with your provider; it is invisible to Meta.
So there is a simple test. If a provider's per-message rate changes depending on which of their plans you buy, that rate is not Meta's rate. It is the provider's own price, with a discount attached to a higher subscription. That is a legitimate business model and plenty of good companies run it. It is just not the same thing as pass-through, and the difference is worth knowing before volume grows.
A second test: ask, in writing, whether the per-message rate you are quoted is Meta's published rate. A provider passing through at cost will answer in one line and show you an invoice.
Where WATI is the better choice
Genuinely, and we would rather you knew now.
- You want a mature, widely-used no-code chatbot builder. WATI has been at this longer and its visual builder is well regarded. Weflux takes a different approach, describing flows in plain English, which suits some teams and not others.
- You operate outside India. WATI bills in USD and supports a broad international footprint. Weflux is built for Indian businesses, prices in INR, and is a worse fit if India is not your main market.
- You need a large integrations marketplace. WATI's catalogue of pre-built integrations is larger. Weflux offers webhooks, a REST API and Google Sheets, which covers most needs but requires more setup for exotic tools.
- Your team is small and static. At three users on Growth, WATI's entry price is competitive and the per-seat model never bites.
Switching from WATI
Your number migrates through Meta, not through either provider's goodwill. Templates belong to the WhatsApp Business Account, so if that account is in your own Business Manager they generally carry across; if WATI holds it, expect to resubmit. Conversation history does not migrate. Your quality rating and messaging limit follow the number, so a good rating survives the move. See the switching guide for the full sequence.
