Cookie Policy

The small text files we use, and the ones we don't.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Weflux uses cookies sparingly - only what's needed to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is performing.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the Services to function. They cannot be disabled.

  • wc_session - keeps you signed in (HTTP-only, Secure, SameSite=Lax)
  • wc_csrf - protects against cross-site request forgery
  • wc_workspace - remembers which workspace you last opened

Preferences

  • wc_theme - your light / dark mode preference
  • wc_lang - your interface language

Analytics (opt-in)

Loaded only if you allow analytics in the cookie banner: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, which we use to count visits and see which pages help people, and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised sessions (clicks, scrolling, page layout) so we can find parts of the site that confuse people.

Marketing (opt-in)

Loaded only if you allow marketing in the cookie banner: the Meta Pixel, which tells us which Facebook and Instagram ads brought a visitor and whether they went on to sign up or contact us.

Your choice itself is stored in a first-party cookie and in your browser's local storage (wf_consent) for 180 days, so we do not ask again on every page.

3. Third-party cookies

The analytics and marketing tools above are provided by Google, Microsoft and Meta, and set their own cookies only after you allow that category. Each processes the data under its own privacy policy. Customer support widgets and embedded videos may set their own cookies; we list our service providers in the sub-processors section.

4. Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: open cookie settings, or use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops the tools from loading from the next page onwards. You can also clear cookies from your browser's settings; disabling strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and may break parts of the application.
