How the estimate works

For Weflux we pick the cheapest plan that fits your team, numbers and flows, then add only the add-ons you need: ₹250 a month per extra team member, ₹500 per extra number, ₹100 per extra automation, and ₹1,500 for Weflux CRM if you ask for CRM roles. Chatbot building and plain-English AI flows are included.

For the other providers we use the prices on their own pricing pages, read on 6 September 2026, and the cheapest plan that fits your team size. Where a provider's page did not state something, such as WATI's per-message rate card or AiSensy's base plan, we leave it out of the total and say so rather than guess.

All figures are before GST. Meta's per-message charges are not in the totals, because every provider on the official API passes them on; the markup check above shows whether yours adds anything on top.

Common questions

It uses each provider's published list prices as of 6 September 2026 and the cheapest plan that fits your team size. Discounts, custom quotes, taxes and price changes since then are not included, so treat it as a starting point and check the final figure against a written quote.
Meta charges per delivered template message, and those charges apply whichever provider you use. The part that differs between providers is any margin added on top, which is why the calculator has a separate markup check: enter the rate on your current invoice and Meta's rate for the same category.
Then the calculator says so. Providers with unlimited agents can cost less for very large teams, and our comparison pages explain where each one is the better choice. The comparison hub links to all three.
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for one number and one team member, and every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial with no card needed.
