Yes. All published pricing for subscription plans (₹999 Basic, ₹2,499 Pro, ₹4,999 Scale) and all add-on modules are inclusive of 18% GST. What you see is exactly what you pay — no surprise taxes added at checkout. Valid GST tax invoices with our GSTIN (09GMBPP2567J1ZJ) are provided for every billing cycle so you can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC).
Basic includes 1 WhatsApp number, 3 team members and 5 automations. Pro includes 2 WhatsApp numbers, 5 team members and 15 automations with advanced segmentation and analytics. Scale includes 5 WhatsApp numbers, 10 team members and 25 automations for larger operations.

Yes. Additional team members cost ₹250/month each.

Weflux CRM is an optional ₹1,500/month module. It is not included in the core plans by default.
