1. Digital delivery method

Weflux is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) application delivered entirely digitally via the internet. There is no physical shipment, postal delivery, or tangible packaging involved.

2. Account provisioning timeline

Access to Weflux is provisioned immediately upon successful registration and payment confirmation:

  • Immediate Access: Your workspace credentials and administrative dashboard access at app.weflux.in are activated within minutes of sign-up.
  • Confirmation Email: A confirmation email containing your login details, onboarding instructions, and subscription receipt is dispatched immediately to your registered email address.

3. WhatsApp Business API onboarding

Connecting your business phone number to Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API requires completing Meta's Embedded Signup process within your Weflux dashboard:

  • For unverified Meta Business Managers, messaging access is typically available within minutes in sandbox mode.
  • Full official production onboarding and Meta Business verification typically complete within 24–48 hours, subject to Meta Platforms, Inc.'s verification timelines and review procedures.
  • Our dedicated technical onboarding team assists you step-by-step with Meta Business Manager verification, phone number migration, and template approvals.

4. Support & non-delivery resolution

If you experience any delay accessing your account, do not receive your activation email within 2 hours of payment, or require assistance connecting your WhatsApp number, please reach out directly:

Our support team responds within 2 hours during standard business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
