Comparison

Weflux vs Interakt.

Interakt is a Jio Haptik product with a clean inbox and quick onboarding. The comparison turns on plan cost, how CRM roles are charged, and one detail in their rate table. Figures verified 6 September 2026.

How this comparison was made

Every figure below comes from the provider's own public pricing page, read on 6 September 2026. Nothing is taken from third-party comparison blogs, which are frequently out of date and often written by whoever benefits. Pricing changes: check their current page before deciding, and if you find something here that is wrong, tell us at hello@weflux.in and we will correct it.

We have not included feature-by-feature tick lists. Every provider here is an official Meta BSP running on the same Cloud API, so the messages travel identically and most feature lists converge. What genuinely differs is how you are charged.

The detail worth understanding

Interakt's pricing page lists per-message rates that, by its own description, are slightly lower on higher plan tiers.

This is the observation to sit with: Meta charges the same rate regardless of which subscription plan you bought from your BSP. Your plan is an arrangement between you and your provider and Meta has no visibility of it. A per-message rate that moves with your subscription tier is therefore the provider's own price, not a pass-through of Meta's.

That is a normal and legal way to run a business, and volume discounting is a reasonable thing to offer. We are not suggesting anything improper. We are pointing out that "no markup" and "rates that vary by plan" cannot both be strictly true at the same time, and that this is worth asking about directly rather than inferring from a marketing page, ours included.

For the avoidance of doubt: Weflux quotes Meta's published rate, the same rate on every plan including Free, and prints it on the invoice line. If we ever change that, this page will say so.

Two things to check on the free plan

Interakt's Starter tier is free but, per their page, covers Instagram only. If you are evaluating WhatsApp specifically, the free tier will not let you test it. Weflux's free plan includes a WhatsApp number, 500 contacts and template sending, which is enough to run a real campaign end to end before paying.

Second, their unlimited agents come with a stated exclusion: Sales CRM roles, which carry contact visibility and CRM features, sit in a separate plan at ₹2,499 a month for five agents plus ₹499 per additional agent. If your sales team needs contact ownership, price that in.

Where Interakt is the better choice

  • You are a Shopify D2C brand wanting the shortest path. Interakt's e-commerce integration and abandoned cart flows are well established and onboarding is quick.
  • You want a large parent company behind the product. Interakt is a Jio Haptik product. If procurement weighs corporate backing, that is a real point in its favour.
  • You have a large support team and do not need CRM roles. Unlimited agents without the Sales CRM add-on may work out cheaper than a plan cap.
  • You are already in the Jio ecosystem and consolidation matters to you.

Where Weflux fits better

  • You want to test WhatsApp before paying. Our free plan includes WhatsApp, not just Instagram.
  • Your entry budget is tight. ₹999 against ₹2,799 plus taxes is a material difference at the bottom of the range.
  • Your sales team needs lead stages and contact ownership without a second subscription.
  • You want one message rate that does not change with your plan.
FAQ

Weflux vs Interakt

Their pricing page publishes per-message rates and states these vary slightly by plan tier. Since Meta charges the same rate regardless of which BSP subscription you hold, a rate that moves with your plan is the provider's own price rather than a strict pass-through. That is a normal commercial model; it is simply worth asking them to confirm in writing what you will be billed.
Per their published page the free Starter tier covers Instagram only, so it will not let you test WhatsApp. Weflux's free plan includes a WhatsApp number, 500 contacts and template sending, which is enough to run a campaign end to end.
Their page says unlimited agents but excludes Sales CRM roles, which carry contact visibility and CRM access. Those sit in a separate Sales CRM plan at ₹2,499 a month for five agents plus ₹499 per additional agent. Price that in if your sales team needs contact ownership.
At the entry level Weflux Basic is ₹999 a month against Interakt Growth at ₹2,799 plus taxes. Above roughly ten agents Interakt's unlimited model may win, unless you need Sales CRM roles. Compare against your actual team size and whether you need CRM roles.

Test WhatsApp before you pay for it.

Our free plan includes a WhatsApp number and template sending, not just Instagram.
